Expressed!

Stylish! hermetic and upbeat, Anna Bad err! Anna Bond was the talk of the town, well marketed, rightly placed and astoundingly branded, Anna Bond was just the right choice for film buffs! Carrying a legacy behind him, he set out to try something that others in his shoes would not have dared huh! With series of hit  behind his back Director Suri had his mind set, Yograj Bhat still thought that his lyrics would do wonders and why not? he precisely wrote what audience want to hear and yet Anna Bond failed to place anything in the heard and minds of the people who took all their time, sweat and traffic to reach the Cinema hall!
As I look back at Kannada cinemas, the path of Kannada cinema gradually changed with what "MASS" wanted. Why not? Film is an investment huh!
Serene locations, laugh aloud comedy and tight lipped plot! Anna had everything! Being from a very modest theatre background, consoling my soul that watching films is not a crime! I went into the Cinema hall only to experience every aspect which I thought was necessary for a good film, Alas! if only I had realized that film lacked something fundamental called "Story"

"Anna was a cruel attempt towards film making", From ages theatre taught people few basic foundations of building a story! "Characterization" , Characters essay life of people and if you make any character useless then the whole plot falls right there! Anna lost there completely!

The mocked so called- director who comes in to capture the story of a person who travels in so called "caravan" built to represent a moving house! stays a puzzle to me even after 72 hours after I came out of the hall. No wonder people mock at us, we make films to represent what we want to show, not the idiotic thoughts that come into our minds.
Bullet shots all over the air, machine gun firing right inside the house without even damaging the shirt button of the protagonist and the mindset of showing film or so called story in a completely different shows us how ancient we are in our thought process. There are good films, there are bad films and there are films which are shot to kill the confidence of people on Cinema, Anna falls into the third category.

Theatre for long always thought us to use characters intelligently, I think "over-realistic-ridiculous" lyrics, High definition video and "eternally similar sounding" music did not do any magic for this Anna for sure! All that it did apart from making all the money from the MASS is to loose couple more Kannada film audience.

My favorite part in the film still remains the scene where we just fly past to witness few memorable scenes of "Bettada Hoovu"
